Gaby is great and lives in the building. She can help you in whatever you need. o Dryer: See above. o Linens Provided: Everything provided. They are also replaced frequently. o Off Street Parking: Cervino is a beautiful tree-lined boulevard that is very quiet. One can park off the street, although like any city, parking can be difficult. o Elevator: YES - We have a PRIVATE elevator for this line, which enters into a private front-door foyer are. It's extremely secure, safe and private. Elaborate security system in place. · Beds o King Bed: New Luxury California King Bed in Master Bedroom. This is located next to upstairs terrace. Very comfortable in evenings. o Queen Bed (2) : Two New Queen Beds in two upstairs bedrooms. One room has an additional twin in private area attached. o Twin/Single Bed (2) : New Twin Bed in downstairs bedroom (off of the kitchen). Owner's favorite room. o Child Bed: We do have an inflatable mattress if needed. o Crib: We can provide a fold-up crib if necessary. · Entertainment o Cable/Satellite TV: FOUR TV's in the house, all cable-connected with CNN; all stations in English, Spanish, Italian and sometimes German and French. Possible to get CNN in English. o DVD o VCR o CD Player (2) o Stereo System o Music Library: No CD's in apartment but, there is nice unit in the downstairs library area where one can sit, relax, look at the beautiful plants on the terrace (or even sit on the terrace) and listen to music. o Jetted Tub in Bath: In Master Bedroom/Bathroom only. In total, apartment has two full tubs, 3 showers, 4 toilets and 3.5 bathrooms. · Kitchen o Full Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything. There is eating area for 6 and also a private formal dining room which seats 8. o Cooking Utensils Provided: Everything is included. Owner loves cooking and has stocked the kitchen with everything. o Refrigerator: Large refrigerator in kitchen. o Microwave: BRAND NEW Stainless Steel Microwave (purchsed July 09) located on top of the dedicated freezer to on the left-side of kitchen near the service backdoor entrance. · Outdoor Features o Charcoal BBQ Grill: See picture: Upstairs 'asado' area on the top roof of apartment building itself. GREAT VIEW!! If BBQ area is wanted, the apartment's supervisor can arrange and set up. There is large seating area for sunning, reading, relaxing outdoors. o Balcony (2) : Two private balconies (terrraces) off both levels of apartment on 6th and 7th floors. Each have table and two chairs and lots of plants. Smoking is allowed in these areas only. · View/Location o Water View: Beautiful view of the river (and much of the entire city) from the upstair, 14th floor roof!
