All in-season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Out-of-season rentals are available for shorter periods of time.Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. To hold your reservation, a deposit of $500 is required within a week of booking. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.A security deposit in the amount of $300 (payable by check to owner) is also required and must be paid in full prior to your check-in date. This deposit will be fully refunded within 2-3 weeks after your departure, provided there is no loss or damage to the house.
