You can relax on the queen sleeper sofa and view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 3rd floor, this condo has the best view of the Gulf from building one. Total square footage of the condo is 1040 with a 40 foot balcony. This unit gets the morning sun and evening shade. This condo will accommodate 6 people in beds and an additional 2 on the queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The master and guest bedrooms both have king-sized beds with a 32" wall-mounted HDTV with built-in DVD player. The bunk room is a smaller enclosed room with a window, a small dresser with their own TV. The kids will just love the bunk room!
