There Is No Oil Spill Damage On The West Coast Of Floirida! It is right across the street from the beach. It is on the Intracoastal Waterway, and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico Beaches. It is a 3 stories offering 1265 sq. ft. of living space with a 2-car garage on the first floor, and the private deck on the second floor. The main living quarters are on the second floor. It has 2.5 baths with 2 bedrooms. This is my primary residence, so it is fully furnished & equipped. Includes: fans, speakers, lighting on sun-deck. Furnishing are of higher quality than you would find in most rentals; therefore, I only rent to one couple at a time over the age of 55.
