Price is all-inclusive and cover taxes, building expenses, electricity, gas, water, broadband internet, CableTV, local phone, free and save parking, and weekly maid service. There will also be a welcome pack which is start to your stay in the apartment, A basic one for < 4 nights rental and more and bigger pack when renting > 4 nights. The apartment contains a self written booklet with bus and metro plans and carts, maps where shops and markets are and possible itinerary for your stay with excursion to Vina Del Mar, Cajon Del Maipo, vine yards, Pomaire and a lot more. The cost per week and night are for the whole year around. The 2 bedroom apartments are set up for 4 persons but can handle 5 or 6, and the 1 bedroom apartment for 2 persons but can handle 4 as well. Nunoa apartment has a special sleeping couch as an extra. If you like to rent with us we ask you for a small deposit paid by Paypal or western union and after you pay this your apartment is booked.
