Snowmobile trails are across the road a quarter mile away.Perfect for six to eight people whether it is for a week, a three day week-end, one month or more, any season of the year.Built in 1990, this 1450 sq. ft house has been improved.It is fully wintered.The house has central heat, fan and air conditioning.The master bedroom and the second bedroom have queen size beds and the den has two futons converting into full size beds. The second bedroom has a TV and a playstation 2. There is a master bathroom and a full bathroom. The big laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is open the large living room and dining room, and has barstools on the dining room side. The den has a gas stove that makes it cozy. From the living room and the front deck, the view of Oneida Lake is wonderful. In the rear, from the rear deck or in the yard you can enjoy the wilderness.CDs, DVDs, videos, books,playstation games and table games are provided for your enjoyment.The dock accommodates boats up to 16 feet long.In winter, snowmobiling on the lake is breathtaking.A home away from home where you just need to bring your clothes and your food.
