All you need to bring is your bathing suit, suntan lotion, and the desire to relax and enjoy this secluded resort.A prime location for tarpon and bonefishing or if you care to venture offshore... the reef and blue water species abound. Bring your boat or rent one locally.Our units are among the newest built in the area, with some amenities being: * over 1800 square feet of air conditioned space * large patios * a 50 ft. wide view of the Atlantic Ocean, (the water can be seen from almost every room in the unit) * and each unit comes with its' own boat slipEach condo is finished off slightly different; most 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; a couple of units are 2/2's, with the 3rd bedroom used as additional living area. Each unit is designed for sleeping 6 adults; some can accommodate an additional 2 people.

January 2008 RatesChoosing a place to stay in the keys, can be tricky, many places are very old and advertising can be misleading, you need to ask questions, compare "apples to apples" and make sure you are getting what you expect.Our units are among the newest built in the area, with some amenities being: * over 1800 square feet of air conditioned space * large patios * a 50 ft. wide view of the Atlantic Ocean, (the water can be seen from almost every room in the unit) * and each unit comes with its' own boat slipEach condo is finished off slightly different; most 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; a couple of units are 2/2's, with the 3rd bedroom used as additional living area. Our rates vary from $1,000 to $1,850 per week, depending on the season, for each additional week you stay we do offer a discount, please call for these details. Because all units are the same size and each offers the same wonderful view, the rental rate is the same on all units. * The mid-December through Labor Day rental rates are $1800 per week (except Mini & Opening Lobster Season, Christmas, New Years, February-March, & Easter which are $1850.) * Labor Day through mid December is $1,000 a week (excluding Thanksgiving week which is $1,200) * Monthly rentals are available starting from $3,000 to $5,400.00. For longer stays, please contact us for details. * check in time 4pm and check out at 10am * Boat Slip - $25 first week, maximum charge of $50.Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.Tax in the Florida Keys is 11.5% for rentals. There is a Cleaning Fee of $150. We also hold a security deposit of $500: this is fully refunded to you within 15 days, as long as you meet the terms of the lease. ( excessive damage, lost keys, etc.)To secure your unit, call us to verify availability of the unit. We will send you a lease to look over, sign, and return with the $500 security deposit.
